Please read these terms carefully before participating in any DuliZen Yoga class or service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking a class, or using any services provided by DuliZen Yoga, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all students, members, and visitors of DuliZen Yoga Studio, Invercargill, New Zealand.

2. Health & Medical Declaration

All participants must complete a health declaration form before attending any class. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or health concerns that may affect your safe participation in yoga. DuliZen Yoga reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for a student based on their health disclosure. Prenatal participants must provide written doctor clearance before joining class. Postpartum participants (within 6 months of birth) must inform the instructor prior to class.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Yoga, like all physical activity, involves an inherent risk of injury. By participating in DuliZen Yoga classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with yoga practice, including but not limited to: physical injury, strain, or discomfort; falls or accidents during practice; aggravation of pre-existing conditions. DuliZen Yoga, its instructors, directors, employees, and associated parties shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any class or studio activity.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Class bookings are confirmed upon submission of the online booking form and receipt of payment (where applicable). Free Trial sessions (2 sessions) are available to new members only and are non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the membership period. For multi-session packages, sessions are non-refundable once a class has been attended. Unused sessions from a package may be transferred to another scheduled class within the same term, subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at duliran@gmail.com or by phone 0204 832 299.

5. Membership

Membership is issued upon admin approval of your registration form and payment of the applicable fee (or completion of the free trial registration). Membership cards are digital and accessible via your member dashboard. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your membership card or member ID with another person is strictly prohibited. DuliZen Yoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for violation of these terms, disruptive behaviour, or non-payment.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from class and potential membership cancellation. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes after class start) may be asked to wait for the next class. Please turn off or silence mobile phones during class. Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate yoga attire.

7. Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording within the studio is not permitted without the express written consent of the instructor and all individuals visible in the recording. DuliZen Yoga may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes; participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify the instructor prior to class.

8. Payment

Payments may be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash as indicated at the time of booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Bank transfer payments are subject to a verification period. Your booking will remain in "pending" status until payment is confirmed by our team.

9. Changes to Schedule & Services

DuliZen Yoga reserves the right to modify class schedules, pricing, instructors, and services at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided for significant changes. In the event of a class cancellation by DuliZen Yoga, affected students will be offered a replacement class or a credit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. These terms are effective as of the date of registration and supersede all previous agreements.
