DuliZen Yoga is a yoga studio operated by Dulini De Vass (Ma Parvathi Anand), located at 15 Tay Street, Invercargill 9810, New Zealand. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our students and website visitors in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We collect the following types of personal information: • Personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, contact number, email address, home address • Health information: medical history, injuries, surgeries, medications, pregnancy status • Emergency contact information: name, relationship, contact number • Payment information: payment method and transaction status (we do not store card details) • Attendance records: class attendance history linked to your membership • Digital membership information: member number, registration date, expiry date This information is collected via our online registration and booking forms.
Your personal information is used for the following purposes: • Processing class bookings and managing your membership • Ensuring your safe participation in yoga classes (health screening) • Communicating booking confirmations, class updates, and relevant studio information • Generating and managing your digital membership card • Administrative record-keeping and reporting • Emergency contact purposes if needed during class We will never use your personal information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
Health information you provide is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is used solely to ensure your safety during yoga practice and is accessible only to DuliZen Yoga instructors and administrative staff. Health information is not shared with any third parties, including insurance companies, other healthcare providers, or government agencies, except where required by law or in a life-threatening emergency.
DuliZen Yoga does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: • Technology service providers who operate our website and booking platform (under strict data processing agreements) • Email communication services used to send booking confirmations • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by New Zealand law All service providers are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Health declaration records are retained for the duration of your membership and for 7 years thereafter in accordance with New Zealand health records guidelines.
